When is the next Parent Council Meeting?

There are five meetings a year; two in the autumn term, one between Christmas and Easter, and two in the summer. We aim to email the Parent Forum at least one week before each meeting, with an agenda and copies of any reports to be discussed. These documents will also be published on the website.

The next meeting of the 2022-23 school session will be held at 6.30–8.00pm on Tuesday 7th February 2023. This meeting will be held online

How do I raise an issue with the Council?

It’s important every member of the Parent Forum is able to approach the Council easily and in confidence. If you have something you would like to discuss, you can speak to one of us, email us, or complete the form on this page and someone will contact you.

How can I get something onto the Parent Council Agenda?

If you have something you would like to add to the agenda for the next Parent Council meeting, please contact the Secretary (Siân Harris, P3 and Nursery parent) or the Chair (Jennifer, P4 parent).

Please be aware that our meetings are not long, and so not everything can make it to the next agenda. We will do everything we can to help, regardless.

What is your privacy policy?
I have a complaint

If you have any concerns about school, please first consider if it would be best to raise it with your child’s class teacher or a member of the school staff. If it is an issue for the Parent Council, please contact the Chair, in person, via email, or through our Contact form.

Please note, issues of safety should always be raised with school in the first instance.
